Refund policy
At H & T Collective, we take pride in the quality of our products and the care we put into personalising each item. As many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing choices. We strongly encourage customers to carefully check the sizing charts provided with each product listing before placing an order to ensure the correct fit.
Returns or replacements will only be offered for items that are manufacture defective or incorrect due to our error. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue.
Please note: If your item arrives damaged during transit, you will need to lodge a claim directly with Australia Post, as transit damage is outside of our control. We're happy to assist with supporting documentation if required for your claim.
