Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will received a confirmation email with tracking details. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Please note that delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service disruptions or peak periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Pre-Orders
Items listed as pre-orders will be shipped as soon as they arrive in stock. Please note that estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and may be subject to change due to supplier or shipping delays. Once your pre-order has been completed and dispatched, standard shipping timeframes with Australia Post will apply. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.
